Once payment is received, I will order a copy from the publisher, sign it, and then send it out to whatever address you specify. If you wish to have a personal dedication added to the book, please write out the details in the "instructions to seller" box in PayPal. If you would like to order multiple sizes, you will need to place separate orders for each size. Multiple copies of the same size can be placed on a single order.
